- Add docs/HEALTHCHECK_REQUIREMENTS.md with full spec (purpose, deploy.sh
  behaviour, endpoint contract, get_health_status(), app requirements,
  infrastructure)
- Add README_DEPLOY.md with healthcheck section, link to requirements
  and HEALTHCHECK_* env vars
